2025 Scholarship •

  • Applicants must be U.S. high school seniors graduating in 2025. They must be accepted to a 4-year accredited college or university in the U.S. Applicants must plan to major in a healthcare-related field such as nursing, pre-med, public health, or allied health. Only one entry per applicant is allowed. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents

  • To be considered, applicants must:

    - Submit the online application form in full

    - Upload proof of acceptance to a 4-year college or university

    - Submit a high school transcript (unofficial is acceptable)

    - Provide a personal statement essay (300–750 words)

  • All applications must be received by June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be selected based on academic potential, essay quality, and alignment with healthcare goals. The selected recipient will be notified via email by July 31, 2025. All decisions are final.

  • One (1) scholarship award of $500 will be granted. Funds will be sent directly to the recipient’s college or university. If tuition has already been paid, reimbursement may be issued upon proof of payment and enrollment.
    If the selected recipient is under 18 years of age at the time of award notification, a parent or legal guardian may be required to co-sign any necessary documents to accept the scholarship.

  • By applying, applicants agree to allow NexusMedHealth to use their name, essay excerpts, photo, and college name for promotional purposes, unless declined in writing.

  • NexusMedHealth reserves the right to disqualify any applicant who submits false or misleading information, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or violates any application rules.
